Where are my readings if I get a new phone?
LUNETHYS has no accounts. Your records belong to an anonymous guest on one phone, so they cannot be moved to another phone yet, and may be lost if you uninstall the app.
How do I delete my data?
Delete one reading from the Journal, or choose "Delete all my data" in Settings. See the privacy page for what stays on our AI platform.
Is this fortune-telling?
No. Cards are used as prompts for reflection. Upright and reversed are both just contexts, and nothing in the app is a prediction.
The deeper reading does not work.
It needs an internet connection and may be unavailable at times, or you may have reached today's limit. Your cards and their meanings are always there.
What if I am in danger?
Please contact your local emergency services or someone you trust right now.
